Now is still a good time to become a home owner.The Federal government has always been a friend to first time home buyers.First time home buyers have not always been friends with the Federal Government.F.H.A. loans have been pushed aside for more attractive but riskier conventional type loans,no money down,adjustable rate,principle only, just to name a few.So yes the market is weak but buying a home is still possible and safe using the right Lender and the right Realtor. |
